There are various ways to report emergencies and non-emergencies, including via phone, email and Citizen Request Tracker (CRT) for online requests, such as potholes, snowplow damage, public tree or park issues, traffic signals and other city issues allows you to follow the progress of the resolution. Homestead Application

Apply for homestead online through Hennepin County, or print out and mail in a PDF. Free postage paid envelopes are available at city hall. If you file online, please contact the city to update your new resident information, 952-960-7900.

Permits

The city usings iWorq permitting software for the application of building, plumbing and mechanical permits. Apply and pay online.

Utility Billing
